Peppermint Herb

It is extremely easy to grow peppermint herb as they often grow abundantly in half-shaded , dampish part of the garden.  The plant can only be reproduced and multiplied through planting of its cuttings as it does not produce seeds for propagation.

Peppermint is an effective herbal medicinal plant in helping to alleviate problems relating to the digestive tract.  It is an excellent plant to help bring down fever, provide relief for flatulence, increase bile secretion and has a relaxing and calming effect.  Inhaling peppermint can greatly help to alleviate nausea and loss of appetite for those suffering from cancer.  Peppermint is also widely used to flavour other less delectable herbs as it has a very delightful taste.
